How Does the Deposit Process Work?

The four simple steps to deposit funds are as follows:

2. Locate the “Deposit” button and click on it.
3. Select your preferred payment method and fill in the requested details.
4. After confirming your transaction, the funds will be transferred into your account within minutes.

1.Debit and Credit Cards

TradeVest accepts most major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard and Maestro. The process to deposit is simple and hassle-free. The entire process only takes a few minutes.

2.eWallets

eWallets have become increasingly popular and the preferred method for making transactions of all types. TradeVest offers investors a choice of eWallet options to deposit with. The eWallet deposits are instantly transferred into your trading funds, so you can start trading the markets in mere minutes.

3.Wire / International Bank Transfer

Although it may be faster and easier to use credit/debit cards and eWallets to deposit trading capital, some investors prefer to use wire transfers or international bank transfers to fund their trading accounts. TradeVest offers the option of wire transfers, however, this option may take up to 7 business days for your capital to be transferred to your trading account.

4.Local Bank Transfer

TradeVest aims to be accessible to as many clients as possible, which is why we offer local bank transfer as an option for depositing trading funds into your account. Many prefer this method because it can be faster than wire transfers and international bank transfers since it only takes a few days for the transaction to be completed.

The various local banking options are displayed on our trading platform’s interface. Simply select the “Deposit” button and check to see if your country or region is listed.

How to Withdraw Funds from Your TradeVest Account

TradeVest has made sure that the withdrawal process is hassle-free. All you have to do is follow these three easy steps.

1. Begin the withdrawal process by completing the withdrawal request form here.
2. Fill in the required details on the form and send it to support@tradevest.com
3. Once you have submitted the form, your request will be processed, and the funds will be transferred to you.

After submitting your withdrawal request, it can take up to 3 business days to be processed by our team. Your funds will arrive via the same deposit method you had originally chosen to deposit your funds. It can take up to an additional 7 days before your funds show up in your account, depending on the withdrawal method. TradeVest does not charge any fees, however, your financial institution may deduct fees.

Security and Verification

The safety and security of our account holders is our top priority here at TradeVest. This is why we have put in place comprehensive security measures to protect you and ourselves from fraudulent activities and to comply with international, anti-money laundering regulations. In order to facilitate these processes, all clients are required to complete a verification process.

In order to complete the process and start trading, you will have to provide personal information and various documents, which we will request to be submitted online.

You will need to submit the following to complete the process:

  • Proof of Identification (POI)
  • Proof of Residence (POR)

You will need to upload your documentation through our platform interface by clicking on the “Upload Documents Page”. Acceptable Documents for Proof of Identification (POI)

You will be required to provide a government-issued form of identification. Send a scan or clear digital photograph of your documentation. The following documents are acceptable for POI:

  • Driver’s License
  • National Identification Card
  • Passport

It is important that the image you send has a clear photograph of yourself and legibly displays your full name, expiration date and date of issuance.

Acceptable Documentation for Proof of Residence (POR)

Aside from verifying your identity, you will also have to provide documentation verifying your place of residence as well. Make sure the documentation is no more than 3 months old. Additionally, the details on the documentation need to match the information submitted when you registered. Your full name and full address of residence need to be legibly displayed. The following are acceptable documents for POR purposes:

  • Utility Bill (i.e. water, gas, electricity or phone)
  • Bank Statement
  • Credit/Debit Card Statement

Verifying Credit Card Information

If you wish to use a credit or debit card as a deposit/withdrawal method, you will have to provide an image of the front and back of your card with all of your information clearly legible. You can send either a scan or a photograph.

The following information must be included in your image:

  • Full Name
  • Expiration Date
  • First 5 and last 4 numbers on the card while making sure to hide the middle 7 digits as well as the CVV number
  • Signature on the card must match the signature provided on other documents provided

Important: You may also be required to provide a credit card statement which proves you are the legal owner of the credit card account. The statement should clearly display your full name as well as the last four digits on the card. The name on the statement must match the card as well as other provided documents.

Proof of Payment - Bank Transfer

We will only process withdrawals through the same payment method used originally to deposit the funds. You will be required to provide an image/screenshot that legibly displays the deposit transaction when you deposited the funds into your TradeVest account.
