1. How do you deposit funds into the trading account?

The deposit process with TradeVest is hassle-free and straightforward. First, log into your trading account and then find the “My Account” section. Locate the button labelled “Deposit Funds” and click on it. You will then be asked to choose between the various available deposit methods. Choose your preferred method and then provide the relevant details requested in the deposit form. Click on the button labelled “Deposit.” After your deposit has been confirmed, you will be able to start trading on the TradeVest platform. Note: The base currency you select during registration will not be able to be changed later. We do not charge any fees for depositing funds. However, your financial institution may levy its own fees for transactions.

2. What is the minimum initial deposit required to start trading?

The minimum deposit to start trading is $ / € / £250.

3. What are the platform’s trading hours?

The TradeVest platform is available for trading whenever the global financial trading markets are open. Usually, investors can trade 24 hours per day, five days per week. Hours start on Sunday at 22:00 GMT and continue until Friday at 20:00 GMT.

4. Do you charge any commissions or fees?

No, you will not be charged any fees or commissions.

5. How does customer support work?

You will have access to our customer support team 24 hours per day, five days per week. Our customer support representatives are professional and responsive. Multi-lingual support is also available. You can contact customer support by email, telephone or live chat.

6. How do I withdraw my funds?

We have made sure that our process for withdrawing funds is fast, simple and hassle-free. First, log into your TradeVest account and then locate the “Withdraw” option. Provide the information requested and submit the details. After your withdrawal request has been processed, you will receive your funds through the same transaction method you chose to deposit the funds in the first place. TradeVest does not charge any fees to withdraw funds. However, your financial institution may charge its own transaction fees. You should be aware of the following: ● Margin requirements to maintain open positions ● Applicable laws and regulations only allow us to transfer funds to an account that matches your full name ● Additional documentation and information may be requested in certain cases for withdrawal requests

7. How do you register for a trading account?

The account registration process with TradeVest is simple and straightforward. On the homepage, at the top of the page, you will find the “Login/Sign Up” button. Click on the “Sign Up” option; you will be asked to fill out your personal information in a registration form. You will also be required to send identifying documents as well as proof of residence. Upon approval of your documents, your trading account will be activated, and you will be ready to make your first deposit and start trading the markets with TradeVest.

8. What trading instruments are available on the TradeVest platform?

TradeVest provides access to a large selection of tradable asset classes, including stocks, forex, indices, commodities and cryptocurrencies. There are hundreds of instruments to choose from within these.

9. Do you offer mobile trading?

Yes. Our WebTrader platform can be accessed with any web browser on both mobile and desktop computers that have internet access.
